DELIVERIES

The items offered on this website are available for deliveries in Mainland Portugal and Islands, and internationally as described in our Delivery and Returns Policy. All product orders are subject to their availability. If any product is not available within the delivery time defined in the conditions of delivery and transport, after you have placed your order, you will be contacted by email or by phone. At that time you will be presented with the possibility to cancel the order, with its refund, or the option of a subsequent delivery as soon as we have the ability to fulfill it. 
Habits Mágicos reserves the right to remove any products from this website at any time, or modify any material or content thereof. While we always do everything we can to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after sending confirmation of the order, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. We are not responsible for any withdrawals of any products from this website or modifications of any material or content, by us or by third parties, or for the non-processing of an order, even if we have already sent the Order Confirmation. Whenever this happens your order will be cancelled with the respective refund. 
For delivery costs, these are not reflected in the price of the product and are added to your order, where applicable.  Orders will only be shipped after confirmation of stock and payment. The delivery of the orders will be made to the address indicated by the User.
Hábitos Mágicos undertakes to deliver the ordered items as soon as possible.

The deadlines indicated in the table constitute mere estimates. Under the law, The Magic Habits is obliged to deliver the goods within a maximum of 30 days.
However, it should be noted that there may be delays for various reasons that are unrelated to us, that are attributable to third parties or for reasons of force-greater force and that are beyond our control, so Hábitos Mágicos cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by such acts or occurrences. The same happens whenever there is taxation of products or occurrence of unforeseen circumstances, in the delivery area, so also in these cases The Magic Habits can not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused.
The risks of the product become the responsibility of the customer from the time of delivery. The customer will take ownership of the products at the time of delivery, so you must check it at the time of receipt by the carrier. 

RETURNS

Hábitos Mágicos allows the return of products within 14 days of acquisition pursuant to Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
For exchanges or returns, the customer is requested to contact The Magic Habits through the e-mail geral@habitosmagicos.com indicating the number of the order or document that accompanied it, taking into account the conditions described below in the following topics:
• To return the order, the product must be in perfect condition, and in the packaging that Habits Mágicos used for transportation, accessories or promotional offers included, and accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice;
• Habits Mágicos assumes responsibility arising from manufacturing defects of the purchased product(s) and the customer has to report this circumstance within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product and return the product(s) on the packaging that Habits Mágicos used for transportation;
• Once the goods have been received at our facilities and after validation of the status of the same accordingly by the Magic Habits team will be exchanged or returned at no cost to the customer.
• The return of wrong shipments will be admitted, being responsible to Magic Habits for the costs of sending and collecting whenever the customer communicates this circumstance within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.

• Habits Magic will only accept items that are in their original packaging and that have not been used.

APPLICABLE LAW

All purchases made on the Magic Habits website are subject to Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the general conditions of sale shall be submitted to the Portuguese competent.
Any dispute arising from the contracts will be resolved by the Judicial Court of the District of Santarém, with express waiver of any other.
Hábitos Mágicos is not an adherent member of the Consumer Arbitral Tribunal, so it will caustically analyze the option for this alternative dispute resolution modality. These general conditions of sale may be changed without notice and must therefore be consulted before placing any order.
